Middle Flake Ice Machine
Introduction
1. This medium-sized machine is ideal for rapid cooling, since it manufactures dry flake ices with the temperature of zero below 5℃ or so. Those flake ices are not easily stick together, and need no regrinding. In many an industry, they are served as the substitutes for other kinds of ice.
2. Our machine can make 3 to 10 tons of various kinds of flake ice within per 24 hours. Consequently, this middle flake ice machine suits a variety of applications, including industrial cooling, food processing and preservation, artificial snow-making service, and others.
3. Reference power supply of the middle flake ice machine is 380V/3P/50Hz. Also, we can choose the power supply based on the client's actual application conditions. Configuration of this medium-sized machine is different from that of the small type. Please refer to the related information for the details.
Configuration of the Middle Flake Ice Machine 1. Cooling System
One or several Bitzer semi-hermetic piston compressors. The system also has an economizer.
2. Cooling Method
Water cooling. Air cooling is also available in accordance with the client's working conditions.
Cooling tower has such function as heat dissipation. When used to the flake ice machine, it is conductive to the flake ice production increasing.
Note: The favorable heat dissipation of the cooling system must be guaranteed. If the compressor works in the overheated condition for a long time, the ice making capacity will be weakened. Worse still, the whole machine will be greatly shortened in service life, and its operational stability will be affected as well.
3. Electrical Control Components
We use Schneider, LS, or other well-known famous brand components.

4. Control Method
Visual PLC automatic control

LG series and siemens series. We can program in accordance with the client's requirements, to realize the individualized automatic control.
5. Ice Storage Bin
The one-piece bin is made of the 304 stainless steel and polyurethane foam. Its size can be decided as per client’s requirement.
6. Transportation and Insurance
Commodity inspection, customs declaration, transportation insurance, and other related matters can be handled with our help, if you have the requirement.
7. Installation and Training
This equipment is conveniently installed onto a stainless frame. It is ready to use, and just need you provide the water and power supply. Services with regard to the installation guidance, training, and the like, are available.
