Our automatic ice delivery system includes two types such as screw conveying system and air blowing delivery system.

Ⅰ. Screw Ice Conveying System

This system is ideal for short distance transportation. Generally, the distance is not longer than 18 meters, and the delivery angle is no more than 60°.

Basic Devices: Spiral, spiral groove, electric motor

Features
1. The screw ice conveying system is mainly used for short-distance vertical or horizontal delivery.
2. It can realize the stable, uniform ice conveying.
3. A pair of operation points can be realized simultaneously.

Application
This delivery system is suitable for concrete, chemical industry, ports, and artificial skiing ground.

Ⅱ. Air Blowing Delivery System

It utilizes the high-pressure gas by pipeline to transport ice to a distant location or high position.

Applications
A wide application range includes concrete, chemical industry, fishery port, and artificial skiing ground. In the chemical industry, this air blowing delivery system can be used with measurement devices, and it allows an amount of ice to be simply, accurately transported to the chemical reactors that need to be cooled.

When you are paving the slide way on the artificial skiing ground, our air blowing delivery system is the most suitable way. Besides that, the ice is transferred through the flexible and elastic tube, thus preventing dust from getting inside.

SHARE weighing device is an automatic weighing system, which is used to weigh the ice of 50 kilos to 10,000 kilos. The weighing precision is controlled below 1%. This system can be customized according to the user’s requirements.
