Flake Ice Evaporator
Structure
During the channel internal circulation, the refrigerant gasification and temperature increasing will decrease the freezing effect. Far worse, the overlong channel will influence the ice making effect. For that reason, our flake ice evaporator uses hierarchical multi-channel for the liquid supply and air returning, so as to improve the evaporation efficiency.
Internal Structure
SHARE flake ice evaporator is comprised of spiral ice cutter, cutter shaft, and cutter frame. All of those parts are made of the 304 stainless steel. The interval between the ice cutter and ice evaporator is between 0.15mm and 0.2mm. It's easy to scrape the ice from the evaporator.
The spiral structure of ice evaporator not only ensures the cleanliness and smoothness of the inner channel, but also the wall thickness. As a result, the evaporation effect has been greatly improved. Having been treated with both plating and thermal treatments, this ice evaporator comes with the service life of at least 10 years.
The ice evaporator comes with the bottom frame and outer surface that are made of the 304 stainless steel. It uses 10cm thick PU foam to preserve its e
xcellent heat insulation while maintaining the beautiful appearance.
Cutter Shaft: As the shaft is the damageable part of the ice evaporator, we use the SKF universal joint bearing to improve the operational stability of the ice cutter. You don't have to replace the ice cutter within 5 years.
